Taking the customer’s requirements as a starting point and supporting the Product Development Team in the creation of new products, our Quality Department monitors each stage of supply to ensure that our products always meet the customer’s needs.

This involves constant monitoring before and after production, supporting customers even after delivery to their bottling plants.

The selection and validation of different suppliers is a fundamental part of this service and involves:

• Audits and supplier qualification
• Sample control
• Production monitoring
• Statistical production controls
• Report and complaint management
• Management of quality-control and selection activities

The various validation tests are carried out both in our own laboratory and by experts and accredited third-parties.

Direct contact and customer knowledge are also an integral part of our work,which we implement through:

• Mapping of customer requirements and systems
• Visits to customers
• Verification of initial runs
• After-sales service
• Implementation and verification of improvement plans
• Documentary support (certificates and questionnaires)
